Phantom registration for download

I've been trying to register my Phantom with DJI to download software. Each time I try to register I'm required to type in a verification code which is immediately rejected by the program. I've tried all caps or lower case but no go. Any suggestions?

Did you try it without a verifaction code? I don't remember having to use one!
