Are these motor the same in specifications? I know the phantom has no bullet connectors, but the 2212 has.

My phantom motors say "dji 2212/920KV" on them, so I'm going to say yes, same specs. They probably manufacture them and add bullet connectors and longer wires for ones intended for separate retail sale. No need for bullet connectors for the phantom because they solder them right to the ESC boards that are at known distance due to the shell construction. They probably save a dime or two that way. 
yes, I kind of figured they both are the same. Because I saw those labels as well.

DJI 2212 motors are the same as the ones that comes stock.
only differences are that they are red instead of grey, and they come with male bullet connectors.
