So can I use my Phantom 3 Pro R/C with this?hence the reason I picked standard controller for me.
It's 5870 mAh per the P4P specs. The battery is compatible with the P4. It is 5840mh according to DJI.
I just confirmed with DJI that the flight time is due to a higher capacity battery that IS compatible with the P4 and vice versa.

NoThis thing is insane. Looks very slick. How ever some well wish they chose a bigger screen. At least 7.9. I wonder if an update will make the original p4 battery last a half hour. Can anyone chime in on that?
Is any1 planing to sell your p4 to upgrade to the new p4pro? Why should we why should we not?

Equivalent viewing angle to a 24mm on 35mm so DOF should be pretty good to start with. The camera specs look great. Will be interesting what DOF you can get with it.

Phantom 4 Pro (available in the DJI store)
Post 22 explains why it isn't compatible. What I mean is that you can't buy just the aircraft by itself (without batteries, remote)
Hi Mike. I ordered one too as I couldn't resist the camera specs and 5 way obstacle avoidance. I ordered without the integrated screen, as I am using an iPhone 6 plus already. Same size, but not quite as bright as the integrated screen. I noticed that the standard remote does not come with HDMI output. I wonder if it is the same remote as the P4, and if the P4 HDMI add-on will work.Did you go with the integrated screen?
You're correct The product page for the battery says 3-5 weeks -_-I noted the bird is supposed to ship in 1-2 weeks, the extra batteries are out 3-4 weeks?? Did anyone else see that?.... can't duplicate it without placing another order :-(
