Phantom 3 standard poor performance

Usually when Go says not compatible - its either wrong version of Go ... ie iOS version instead of Android ... or most common is the phones Android version is not 4.1 or better.

Best way to download and install Go to an Android is via Play Store. PS will first check if unit is compatible ... if it starts download - then its OK.

Best Tablets/Phones for DJI GO
Overview
There are a wide variety of Apple and Android devices available. It's important to make sure you're using a device that is powerful enough in order to prevent the DJI GO app from lagging, freezing, and/or crashing during use. The following list includes devices recommended by Phantom Help (►), devices recommended by DJI (►), and other devices that are most often recommended by Phantom pilots.

Note: Both Wi-Fi only and cellular iPad Air/Mini/Pro models are compatible. Only cellular models have GPS. You do not have to enable the cell service in order to use the GPS. The DJI GO app currently only requires GPS on an Apple device when using the Follow Me feature or to reset the home point to your current location if you've moved elsewhere after taking off.

Note: Tablets wider than 6.75 inches (including the case) will require an extender to be installed on the remote controller mount. The iPad Air will fit without case. This extender is designed well and will securely hold a tablet that's up to 8.25 inches wide.

Note: Your Apple device will work better out of the box if you follow these tips.

@SimonRudy

Yes, I used @msinger list recently, I decided to go with iPad Air 2, took me year and 1/2 to make up my mind.
3 days, after I opened the box, my wife says, it looks like we could have got that through our marketing group for about $300.
:eek::rolleyes:
Vendors / Manufactures, like Whirlpool, Bosch, GE, etc. through are group pre-load mobile devices with there products for sales persons for your store. We both thought because of in the past, androids were the only units discounted this way. Asus 7, I have been using was $49.00.

Some days we are smart, others were not. :confused:
Enough of my story.

Still confused, of your results.

You got your HTS One to work?

I guess a HTS 10 exists, but is not on the list.

Still no luck with the HTC ONE

No luck Rod. Believe I will get another phone. Can't find anyone that uses a HTC ONE. There is a "drone club" in the nearby city. Going to try and communicate with them.

Ellis, Sorry about your performance issue. What I refer to as dirty air could be your problem!!!

The HTC ONE was my first cell I used with the Go app, it worked just fine. Now I use a Nexus 7 tab. But still use the ONE when I fly VR using Litchi.
