P3p video quality

Just wondering what's the best way to put my videos on Facebook,,I mainly film in 4K at 30fps but when I post them on Facebook or do a Facebook live the video quality is crap and blurry,,,what would be the best way to solve this.any help would be Appreciated [emoji106]

Most social sites don't support 4k video. Either film in lower resolution, or convert it with video editor.
