P3 Advanced brand new [SOLD pending balance payment]

I bought a P3P and a P3A at the same time, thinking that one day I had to use the P3A as a backup in case my P3P had a flyaway or crash. So far my P3P is doing well enough that I am thinking about letting the P3A go.
I did open the box to check on all P3A components when it came home. I've powered it on to check it but have not flown it. It comes with everything in the normal retail box. The battery and the RC have never been charged, the aircraft has 0 flight, its lens protection sticker is still on the front filter. I'm in Colorado and willing to ship it. Any offer?
