P2v+ Battery not starting my phantom up

Hi I just got my P2V+ this past week and I just down loaded the FW, on to the computer. I am trying to start my phantom up but it won't start up I pressed the button once to check the battery level and they are at 100 % I now rest and hold the button and it doesn't start up what can the problem be

There isn't much of a "rest" involved. Push, release, push and hold. See if that works for you.
