After lots of reading and even teetering on the threshold of seriously considering the Inspire 1, I decided to order the Phantom Pro with hardshell backpack, extra battery and threw in some extra props, another battery and additional charger (so I have two).
This will keep me flying all arvo as I have a flying field with power and I also have a little portable generator which whilst not very powerful, will handle a couple of hundred watts (two chargers) with ease.
There were lots of nerves but I'm going to be nth degree careful, anally go through a checklist of checking frequencies and setting the compass, home point etc and enjoy.
I figured for the extra money for the I1, I can buy two P3P's or buy the P4P next year when it comes out so I have two.
Now, I need to start the ball rolling to get certified for commercial use.
Really looking forward to the journey!
