After each flight test the temps of your motors with your fingers.
Get to know what is typical. You'll then be able to monitor their 'health' relative to each other.
The only moving or wearing parts are the bearings. Should you experience a bearing failing you will find it raises the motor temp as compared to its peers.
These motors can last hundreds of hours so... Go fly!
