I'm new here, anyhow I have this dji phantom 2 plus, never damaged, crashed etc, actually not much flying time. Question is all of a sudden my signal from drone to my ipad mini which I used always has no signal, all other control icons come on but no picture. Anyhow I called support one time they said this is a on going problem even today models, I said why don't they recall or give credit. can anyone tell me why this happens, oh yes I reinstalled , reset did all the steps to try eliminate problem but nope now I can fly the way I want. What's my options thank you
