No gps

My Phantom 4 won't connect to gps and I was wondering if there was a way to reset the whole drone or anything else to maybe help.

It shows that there are no satellites connected and gives me a warning.

No satellites? Check:
Are you in open to sky area?
Is RC connected to AC?
Any covering on top of the aircraft?

Else GPS connection must be loose inside the aircraft. That requires shell to be opened up and needs skilled hands.

I will take off the shell to check the connection. I know were it is.
