PH4 RTK Not showing Flight lines in planning

So yesterday I was trying to plan a flight off a .kml with PH4 RTK and usually it auto populates the flight into the .kml at 100m as default. I got nothing. area was large enough 10ha. turned off and on. nothing. tried to load up a previous .kml that was planned and flown earlier that day. nothing. it shows the kml boundary but no flight path. Drone is used every day. Anyone else experienced this? Coming here first next step is factory reset controller and if that fails send it in. I was able to complete the flight doing planning and creating my own boundary but that is less than ideal. have attached image of controller when i load up kml
