Typically it's been Paypal, at a price net to seller but delivered to the lower 48, but I'm sure Venmo and maybe one of the banks' quickpay systems would work fine. USPS Money orders also, but obviously not scam-susceptible money transfer systems like Western Union.

I would only do it PayPal buying or selling and don't do it "Send $$ to a friend" or you lose the buyer/seller protection.
