Hey everyone sorry if this is the wrong place to introduce myself. I have been wanting one of these things since it first came out but I honestly didn't think the technology was quite there yet in the first edition Phantom. I started getting really into photography and the Phantom always sat in the back of my mind as something I really needed to expand my hobby. So, I finally purchased a Phantom 2 Friday night and Amazon delivered it first thing this morning (sunday). So far I have no issues of any kind with the Phantom besides the battery pack that is a pain to take out.

Right now I have the bare Phantom 2 with prop guards and have my GoPro Hero 2 attached with one of those adesive mounts. Not permanent by any means, still trying to decide what exactly I want to do with it.

That's about it. I'm sure this site will come in handy when I have any questions. Thanks everyone

Beats using two hands to pull a battery out and there's no mess either.
