New Phantom 4 RC problem

I need help. I've just purchased a phantom 4 and the left stick on the RC wont respond when pushed to the right. I upgraded firmware when I first turned it on. After realizing the problem I downgraded firmware a couple of times then upgraded again, then reinstalled DJI go 4 app on my ipad mini 4 but still have the problem. Have I bought a lemon? Any help would be appreciated.

It could be the RC but ... After new firmware you should re-calibrate RC and AC (IMU and gimbal). This may fix the problem.
