New Phantom 4 Battery Not Charging

Hello guys I was wondering if this is usual or defective battery. I received my new P4. I am trying to charge it but only 2 led green lights up after over 2 hours of charging it. When plugged to the charger all the LED lights are off but when I press the button to check the battery life it on lights up 2 solid green. Is this usual or a defective battery.

Charging battery from 0% to 100% should take approx. 1 hour.
Does it charge battery normally and all 4 led's blinks while u are charging the battery?
Or do u mean that after 2 hours of charging it still blinks those 2 first leds like there is 50% of power in battery?

Battery level you see when you press button fast once, 4 led's 75%-100%, 3 led's 50% to 75% and so on.
Battery life you see when you press and hold battery button for 5 seconds.

Might be the charger or the battery. I take it you only have one battery? Notify DJI maybe they will send you a replacement.

Maybe problem with firmware battery.

Look similar issue but for P3:
Advanced - after updating to 1.6.0040/battery 2 center lights solid
