New batteries won't work

Hi fellers! I am new here and just bought a vision 2 plus. It flies great with the original battery but with the 2 new factory spares I bought I get "invalid battery" and it won't caliberate. Has any body ran into this or any advice? I have the latest software and I don't believe I need to update the batteries but I am new to this so idk... Thanks!

Did you try updating the battery firmware in the Vision Assistant application?
