New batteries, Current Software, Loss of GPS connection

I recently bought some new batteries from DJI for my 2 Vision +. I upgraded the software as necessary to be compatible with the new batteries. I just noticed today, very quickly, I would get the "incompatible battery" warning and my GPS connection cuts in and out while in flight. No issues with the "old" batteries. Any ideas?
