    I have a Phantom 2 Vision +
The first videos I took are jerky. It is as if frames are missing. What setting should I use? New at this and need a hand. The person I know who has the same model as mine (professional photographer) doesn't seem to answer my calls when it has to do with my Phantom.

After watching it on Youtube I have come to the conclusion that it is my computer the cause of the jerking! SORRY! New to this! Embarrassing! :)

Thanks for responding to my post!!

Try different video players. Windows Media player, Realplayer, Divx player etc. I actually find windows media player the smoothest

I recommend finding a large open field to fly in. It looked to me like you didn't have good satellite lock.....too much moving around. Maybe it was you moving the sticks. Too many trees and power lines and building. I predict your Phantom won't last if you fly there. Good luck!

It looks good here, there's a moment or two with rolling shutter jerking due to rotating too quickly.
As you say it could be the computer - my older laptop can't play 1080p HD properly, and isn't happy with 720p.
