need to know if parts interchange between P4 and P3A

My Son just got a P4 for his birthday and I wanted to get him some accessories. I have a P3A and wanted to know if the props are the same and also the carbon Fiber camera/gimbal guard that attaches to the bottom of the legs will work on his P4.
