Music resource for personal and commercial videos

Im just wondering if anyone has any got sources of royalty/copyright free music that can go into either personal or commercial video work? Loads seem to be really expensive? Or is this just the way it is. For example i looked at a track on Music Licensing for Film & Video - Musicbed and they wanted $600 to use a track in a very small business commercial. Cheers for any help

If you post on youtube, they have quite a library of free music to add to your online video.
