Obviously, he was walking, especially since I could see him put the Phantom down in the reflection of the window.

However, it would be fun to be able to attach the gimbal to something, other then the Phantom and use it as a Steadiecam. I have a Steadicam Smoothie, and it is isolated from my body, hence, it doesn't "jerk" as I walk. But, the gimbal I use on the Phantom is extreamly stable, and I would like to attach it to something that would smooth it out while I walk.

Anyone try that?

Easiest way is to hold it at arm's length when you want to use it as a steadicam. It's a bit tiring, but totally convincing.
