Lost Video

Hey guys,

Need some assistance. I updated my Phantom 2 + to the latest FW upgrade (3.14)and now I lost my video. I can move the camera up and down but no video. The little green light on top of the gimbal is blinking. any help would be appreciated.

If little light on the Gimbal is blinking, FW update is not complete. Check the logs.

Where do you find the logs on the Phantom??

Sorry I was referring to txt file that gets generated on SD card after FW installation.

Thanks, No txt files on the sd card just the pictures I took. I didn't realized that there was a txt file on the SD card for the Phantom. I know there is a log on mu Inspire,, I re installed the FW with no luck. Thanks for your help

I lost video transmission on my P3P. Tried everything including reminding and me firmware without success, in fact I can't even update the firmware. Has to send it back in and DJI replaced the camera unit. It was 8 months old and still under warranty.
