Mailman just dropped off my lipo battery voltage tester. If you don't know what it is, it's a great little unit that has a super bright red led readout that will display the overall voltage of the battery, and each cells voltage individually. You simply plug your balancing cable into it and you're set.
What I like most about it is you've got the ability to set an alarm. If any cell falls below a certain threshold a buzzer starts screaming!
My question here is - what value should I set this thing to so the alarm goes off. My options are as low as 2.7 all the way up to 3.8.
