Laggy Real Time Display on P3A

So over the last week or 3 or 4 flights the display on my Ipad 2 mini has developed a 10 sec lag on the real time display. I was on 1.08 and upgraded to 1.09. latest version on the DJI Go app even tried Litachi. Nothing solves it. 5 feet away 50 feet away. 32 channel hack Nothing. Have been using it fine since OCT 2015. Is this a software issue? Send it back for warranty? Any Advice

I've had the same issue on mini4 changing from ntsc to pal helps weird
