Is my Vision dead???

When I try to turn on my Vision all I get is one quick yellow flash followed by an ascending tone and 4 beeps. Battery show normal :?: .
Assistant does not see it either on Phantom or NAZA setting. I did have some trouble plugging in the USB cable but I see nothing amiss in the plug and it still fails with it unplugged.

Sounds like you need to reinstall windows driver,
On your PC. This allows communication between
Phantom and PC. After perform IMU calibration, and recalibrate
Controller, then once outside, fresh compass calibration,
You should be fine.

Thanks for the reply.
I tried reloading the driver but the problem is there even if I am not connected to the PC. Just a quick light flash, followed by a musical tone and then 4 beeps. and nothing,,, no lights except for battery.
There is a small red LED on the Mother board that is on.
 
Latest status on problem..
It appears that all of my problems were software related. I finally managed to get it to connect to the Assistant. It showed the "Not a DJI Intelligent Battery" error.
I then uninstalled the Assistant, reinstalled the NAZA and the main board software and it fired right up.
Only took me 4 days to figure the thing out!!!
