How do you save and or sync videos/stills from sd card in camera to iPhone?

In camera screen tap upper left arrow.. then album and they should show up . Then in upper right you click the blue icon there and then on ones you want to save in your photos then click the blue checkmark and their saved .
A few pictures are not so bad but videos take awhile and best just downloaded to your PC .
