How to Update Tx-Power with Magic Power v5.0

Tried the 20db and did not have good results.
Now I will try the full recomended settings.I downgraded to 1.5.7 and I will go with 20-24db mode as I see in the picture.

How much the link quality should be?I see 49/70 and 51/70 in the IWINFO.

Can You send to me log file when the mod (logxxxx.txt)

PapaTita, I was waiting to meet you. :)
Thank you for your help.
please find my uploaded log files.
As I said in previous thread;

1) I couldn't access wifi with my iphone at first. It required password i've never change. And the password 12341234 was not matched. Sometimes, wifi name was disappeared So I couldn't even find it on my laptop. (Windows XP)

2) I reset my RC wifi using gymbal upside + S1 toggle. Then I could access to wifi with my iphone. I checked wifi connection symbol in DJI Go App. But not iphone status bar. It was still cell network symbol, not wifi symbol.

Could you tell me what was the problem and how can I fix it?

Always, thank you for help.

I saw you select a channel scan, this option is not all devices running properly ... but I know the solution and then you select reset wifi, that become a new problem.

Try this:
1. Turn on the RC (drone off)
2. Run my application, select the menu "Revert Back to CE", click STEP 1
3. When finish, restart RC

In this condition, whether wifi active again?
If yes, turn on the drone, it connected?

Thank you for your kind answer!
I'll try it in this weekend.
And then i would like to choose fix 13 channel + 24dBm option. :)

I have a new version with the name Magic Power v4.0.
The big differences from version 3.x is patch in RC and Drone will be active in case of missing signal from RC (boosting to 27 dBm), by this way both RC and Drone no need too high Tx-Power (Default 20 dBm)

Other features:

Change Channel via telnet / mobile:
watchlog.sh -ch nn [save] ##nn number of channel [1-13]
watchlog.sh -ch 15 ##activate scan channel
watchlog.sh -ch 0 ##default mode/disabled scan channel
watchlog.sh -ch 13 save ##activate permanent channel 13
Change Tx-Power via telnet / mobile:
watchlog.sh -dbm nn00 ##nn tx-power number, eq: 1700 for 17 dBm
watchlog.sh -dbm 2000 ##set tx-power to 20 dBm
watchlog.sh -dbm 2700 ##set tx-power to 27 dBm

So, if i may to summarize the change of the 4.0 version, it has the ability to automatically boost the transmit power to 27dBm in case if signal lost emergency, in order to regain connection faster?
And it will back to default 20dBm when it already connected?? Cmiiw Om Paps. . .

Oh, okay then. , .
But there will be more to ask.
when it automatically boost to 27dBm, is it safe for anyone using argtek / dbs mod?
I've read old post reporting burned wifi tx unit on the RC (or may be both with the quad) when he made it 27dbm permanently while using argtek.
by now i still hold my self trying 27dBm mod, i guess 20dBm is enough for me, at least until now. And i am planning to get argtek for next couple of week. [emoji4]

Hey same for me i plan to do dbs antenna mod with sunhans amps so 20dBm is enough for me !

I did some flights with 27dBm and was ok. But no long distance just quick test.

Personnaly i just need to dig the fix chanel 13 as so far it was nor working for me ... And still dont know why ....
