In my opinion, the cost discussion is not the right way to approach this because the perception each person has of cost is correlated to their purchasing power and their conditioning for money matters.

A drone brings a lot of joy to its owner, in particular early on.
And to me, innovation vs cost is off the chart!


That being said, this being a public forum, you'll come across all sorts of viewpoints.
I read one comment last night about a relatively unknown accessory DJI makes which allows to connect to one of their Smart Battery and use it to charge another device via USB. The author of that comment wondered why DJI didn't "just include" it...


Sometimes it happens right away, other times, after a few years of experience and a few drones, expectations rise and owners become more critical.
