Hover issue

Hey guys.Today i got issue with hover and dji guys ask me to do camera sensor calibrate and compass calibrate (Boom, New prop needed (Maybe i did wrong way calibrate))But fail.Can anybody suggest anyway to fix the hovering issue?

Calibrate the IMU on a dead flat surface.
What problems are you having with the hover?

its keep moving foward backward btw after i do the bad compass calibrate,Bird fly by its self!And i dint notice emegency csc change from both stick to one stick an rth

After you do IMU and compass calibration, check again to see if hover is ok.
The emergency one stick and RTH button works when in the air, both sticks down and in still works when you're on the ground.

Phantom work very nice now but just a little hover,Like 5 cm or so...Its ok right?

5cm?!? Of course that's good!

For all my imperials, 5cm is under 2 inches. I thought I had to stop looking for perfection yikes.
