I am having problems with a used phantom 4 I purchased without the camera gimbal. First of all I put a used camera/gimbal unit on and have replaced the ribbon with a new dji ribbon because I wasn't receiving video to my device and found a very small Crack or split in the ribbon. The biggest issues are getting it to complete the imu calibration. It shows after about 30 seconds that imu2 external calibration failed and second I'm not sure if the firmware is current

I know this isn't much to go on but I also can't get connected to dji assistant2. I'm using a Sony laptop with Windows 7. When I plug the drone into usb port it never shows that I'm ever connected and I've even tried other ports so no sure if it's my lap top or the drone but I really need some advice on any or all of this problems.
