Try and reset the whole **** thing, this happned to my cousins phantom and i fixed it by downgrading to a fresh old update and then updating... That will reset eeeverything...

Those front will flash yellow, green and red when you first start the battery but once it initializes the front LED's will stay off until you start the motors for takeoff.
