HDMI Output Module - worth it?

I have't decided to purchase the P4P yet, but I'm wondering if it is worth getting the HDMI Output Module when I do.

• Secondary display for client/spectator
• backup recording device
• other uses?

Good point - with the recent announcement of the racing drones from DJI it's clear that they have to solve and release their FPV goggles.

Despite the RC-modeller influenced rules in the US and Canada about eye contact on the drone, FPV seems the most natural way to fly these drones and the racing crowd prove that all of the time.

I use mine for a second monitor all the time. It's super convenient if you ever have a second person with you when you fly.

What do you use as a side monitor?

I use a SmallHD DP7-Pro OLED monitor. It costs more than the drone but I'm a cinematographer so I had it with my camera kit already.

I don't think I like my "observers" that much!
