Hardware Decoding Gone?

I know this is my 2nd attempt to post this question but with the new GO 4 Update (May 2017) Hardware Decoding Setting is no longer available.

I use the ipad mini 2 and never had any issues with the video received during flight however after the update I am getting the green screen and flickering.

Was the setting moved or is it gone for some reason?

Anyone else notice this or am I just an idiot and not seeing it? If you want to make fun of me GO 4 it (pun intended)

I'm on an ipad mini 3 and i'm having the same issues with the new update.

Same situation here with an iPad mini 2, tested with my iPhone 7 and iPad Pro and had no issues.

I am also using Ipad mini 2 and am getting green screen and flickering after recent GO 4 update
