Gymbal and Camera Hit hard. Having Problems?

My Gymbal will power up and the camera will balance and center but then it goes limp after about 30 seconds. It will not connect to DJI Go, and it will not download new firmware updates from SD Card?
Any suggestions?

Please check that all cables and ribbons are connected and plugged in properly. They are not damaged.
