That, of course, is just a cell tower and it shouldn't have an effect on your bird. If you have any issue, it'll be the proximity of the steel vehicles.

But would the cell tower panels/dishes cause problems with the UAV?
I have some tank inspections to do, and they are covered in cell panels..
(I have heard rumours that it will just drop out of the sky)
Any truth?

Shouldn't be an issue as mobile towers transmit at a different frequency to those that the drones use. I fly over the town mobile booster all the time with never a problem. And they don't just drop out of the sky.

At worst you would get interference.
Interference doesn't make a Phantom fall from the sky.
