Going Back For Repair

Hi folks.

I hope this isn't a dumb question but I've looked everywhere and cannot find what I need to send my Phantom 3 Pro back for repair.

When I went to fly yesterday, I got an ESC Status Error which DJI tells me is a factory defect and to send it back to them for repair.

On the Customer Information Sheet they are asking for the email address I used to activate the unit. The trouble is, I have no idea where to look for this email address. Since I have only one email address, I am assuming that this must be the one I used to activate the unit.

It is also asking me for the email I used for the last flight but I've never had to input an email address before any flight. I have only flown it twice except for hovering practice a couple of times in my back yard.

Can anyone help me with this and tell me where I can find the email address I used to activate the unit?

I really don't see how it could be anything but my own regular email address but I thought I'd ask anyway, just to be safe.

Thank you everyon, and I appreciate the help with this.

Bud

It would be whatever email address you use to login here.
