Fragile USB?

For what it's worth, my laptop (USB 2.0) recognizes my Phantom with no issues, but my desktop (USB 3.0 and some glorified 3X power 2.0) does not recognize my Phantom no matter what I try. Sounds like many of you have done your research and found faulty components, but for some it may simply be an issue related to mine. I'm just letting you know what I have observed. Good luck.

Hi,

I had to replace the USB cable in one of my Phantoms already. The new one fixed the problem. I have since ordered two more of them in case it fails again and one for my other Phantom.
