Firmware Updates

I've noticed that my drone has upon a couple of occasions had me upgrade or re-install firmware. It's brand new and aside from updating on the app, I plugged it into the computer tonight and there seemed to be a firmware mismatch (not sure if this was the correct lingo). Is this a common issue?

That usually means your current battery needs to be updated. You can find detailed firmware installation instructions here.

Ok I wasn't even aware of the battery upgrade. Strange the app doesn't guide you to do this. Is this even in the manual?
