I recently purchased a new unopened P2 H4-3D. The box listed a seriel number for the H4-3D as well as the AC. What I actually got was the upgraded H3-3D and have been trying to resolve this with DJI for almost 6 weeks with no luck.

I can return it for a refund but that only passes them along to another unsuspecting customer and does nothing to correct it.
