extend wi-fi range?

Is there a way via the charge port that you can plug in a 2.4 transmitter into the fc40 camera to transmit a stronger signal?
 
The FC40 is a Phantom 1.1.1 with a 5.8GHZ frequency.
Everything else is the same, NAZA V2 and aux power cable is there.
