Dngs not recoding Altitude in Metadata

Up until yesterday I've been able to see the altitude in Lightroom in the Exif metadata.
But yesterday did 2 flights and the altitude field is blank.
Any idea why it was recording before but stopped now?
Is there a setting to check to record it or not?

Adobe Lightroom 5 & now 6

Shot a few flights a few days ago and the altitude shows in the proper field just fine on all previous flights.
Phantom 2V+ with Dji app on iPhone 6 & FPV Booster.
