When the new DJI Phantom 4 from Adorama landed at my door the battery was dead on arrival. I had two options. One, return the package to Adorama for a replacement. Two, ship the dead battery to DJI for a repair/replacement. Since I had ordered the kit with an extra battery and the second battery was just fine, I decided on Option 2. DJI was prompt to attend to the issue. It took 12 days in all for the roundtrip to DJI and back.
