I sen my P3 Pro of to DJI for repairs and it came back, i checked my previous cereal numbers with the current ones on the drone and they are different.
Yeah that's what I was gonna say cause if the problem is gone with a different serial # that simply means they have you a different drone as @toegema said a replacement unit

What does your invoice say? repair, or replacement? Can we see the invoice without the personal info? If it says repair, i'd complain. If replacement, it is what it is.
