I download DJI GO 4 to my iPhone.
The iPhone was not compatible, but everyone says it is.
I’m confused.
How can make it happen?

The app store will not let you load the app to the IOS device if it is not compatible. Being compatible doesnt necessarily mean the app will run in an acceptable performance.

iPhone 5 uses the A6 CPU, not compatible with GO4. You need at least an A7 CPU which came out in the iPhone5S. However, even though it works, the A7 will overheat with DJI GO4 on warm days, so I wouldn't recommend an A7 if you can afford a device with an A8. You really need at least an A8 CPU, such as a iPad Mini4 or Air2 in order to be happy.
