I just found an eBay listing for this item (it is listed as "DJI Phantom 3 Standard Gimbal Base Cover OEM Part (3019994888975)" sold by seller wfyb (yes, wfyb is the correct spelling) and it sells for $33.11, with free USPS First Class Package shipping.

As I am in kind of a time crunch here I went ahead and ordered one. (We have a solar eclipse event coming up on Aug 21 and I want both of my drones to be in flying condition for that. No, I won't be pointing the camera directly at the sun during this event! I've got something else in mind...)
