I have flown in the low twenty's you will have to keep the battery warm in a pocket or a heated glove! No problems after take off flew
Full range and several times

DJI recommends not flying below 32 F in the Phantom manual. Many people have done it with no trouble though. You can find some important cold weather flying tips here and here.
