DJI does not sell that part. You could replace it with the HDMI output module though. If interested, you can find it here on Amazon or get it directly from DJI.
If you really want to replace it with the original module, your best bet would be to try contacting a shop that repairs Phantoms to buy that part used, look for a remote controller being sold for parts on eBay, or send your remote controller to DJI to be repaired.
