Camera Status Indicator blinking red 3 times does mean what?

Have you read the manual to see if the information applies to your situation? Did you just update the firmware or Go app?
ACTUAL SITUATION:
Card already formated
Remote control linked again (Linking complete)
Latest Firmware
Black Screen (only for camera)
Not change from photo to video
Recording button white color (not red)
Camera Status Indicator blinking red 3 times
Drone never fell
Stoped to transmit during a flight
In this flight I was trying the follow me option
That place had por internet signal
Had not much satellites in view, if I remember was 5.
Some message about card one fly early.
I disassembled the gimbal, and every connection is solid.
Battery full charged: Controller and drone.
Tried do buy the video board and dont found it in any store.
I flew a hundred km with it.
Some 300 videos (90% 2 minute videos, and 10% about 22 minutes)
My phone number changed since I registered in DJI
Things I have not done:
Reset firmware from controler and reset firmware from drone.
How to do this if the latest versions are already in the controller and the drone?
I think that may be is a video board problem
I will buy another memory card, but dont believe it is causing this black screen.
I live in Brazil and things here are harder to find and expensive.
