Some of those public fart factories need to be arrested and then decontaminated! Nothing worse than being in a closed space and someone feels the need to drop an SBD!

I hope NY is as smart as Gov. Brown... we have Cuomo to deal with... the guy who likes to make laws in overnight closed deals.

This would be one of the rare "reasonable" things I've ever heard him do.
Didn't he fight to bring the multi-billion dollar high speed trains (in times of budget problems) to fruition in CA?

Commercial drones are going to be a multi-billion dollar industry, as soon as the FAA gets off its *** and gets the new rules written. I'm sure that one or the other "lobby" had a nice, long talk with Moonbeam Brown and educated him on the $$$ end of things.
